This course is for professionals who want to offer their clients a trichology consultation service with an expert in the field.

Content

The expert trichologist will work together with the salon to create a customised day ritual for each client.
During the day, you will have the opportunity to learn how to offer a complete well-being service for your clients, providing advice on the most suitable treatments, and how to organise your salon in the most efficient manner.
You will be guided in understanding how to create a unique customise experience for each client. This day will provide you with the skills required to become a successful trichology consultant, who can offer a high-quality service and make your clients feel pampered and satisfied.

Morning: 9.30am - 1pm or afternoon: 2pm - 5.30pm

Necessary material to be paid by the participants

Complete double action system with at least 3 retail products per type in order to increase sales during the day.

For the day ritual to be successful, we recommend organising the salon with only those clients who will have the opportunity to take part in this day.
